I love allrecipes.com, too.
My latest favorite from their site is frosted banana bars with cream cheese frosting. Being a mom of a toddler I always have banana's on hand and usually don't eat them fast enough so I'm always looking for ways to use them up. Smoothies and muffins were getting old, so I found this - and it is yummy!

These sound so yummy!! I will definitely have to try them. Allrecipes.com has so many great recipes.
One thing I do with leftover bananas that I don't have time to use is peel them, seal them in a ziploc bag and put them in the freezer for later use. (You have to make sure to peel them first, though, otherwise it's almost impossible to get the peels off.)
